Thanks for all your hard work. I just want to suggest that the time indicators in the agenda (page 2) be removed from the copy that will be projected to the audience, if that is okay.

i considered about the time that's why i suggest to make the whole presentation and you guys you can just come up with addition just to don't waste time.
what do you think?

@emmanuel personally, i don't think that there will be a whole new addition anybody can make after you have done the presentation. If this is the case, then i suggest that everybody present his or her own work but one person should be the one to share the screen. However, i still think a better option will be to actually share this presentation to just 5 people considering that some ppl might be late, have network issues, busy (for somebody like me i might be working as at the time of the presentation considering that we will be the first group) or be absent even. so if we share it between 5 sure ppl it will curtail such eventuality. One can open the presentation, 3 will take on the slides, another person can close, while another will share the screen. Then the rest can just prepare for the questions but everybody will be ready for the questions also just in case. its division of labor.

okay no problem, as you wish after filling all your names in presentation i will share you final presentation.
and everyone will present according to the task he/she was assigned to deal with. 
for that case of being late or network issue i will present his/her part or any other volunteer can do it.
