hello guys the meeting that was planned to day at 5 pm will not happen, instead i will take a video which shows how you've been assigned to your tasks. this video will be followed with written message for more clarification. let me know what you think for this.

Hello, not a bad idea but I feel we should still have a meeting since this is the first project so we can come out 100%.

But I am open to been corrected 

@emmanuel I think it's okay, but what are the plans for some unforeseen circumstances like when somebody is not turning up with his/her own part of the task. I would suggest that the task be shared in groups of twos or more if that's not how you already have it mind. Thank you very much for your effort!

Exactly my thoughts because putting one person to an entire task is not good as the person might fail, also since we are 10, 2 groups of 5 won’t be bad, everything shared into two , both group work on their part and exchange so the other group can check and speak out if their is changes to be made, this way everyone get a feel of been involved with the total project and eliminating the fear of any part been left hanging (since each group is made up of 5 people). 
finally I feel we should set our own deadline like 3 days before the official deadline so we can be relaxed before the final day. 
like I said, I am open to correcting and suggestions
