Our next project, "Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Mitigation," will focus on identifying and mitigating various cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities for our hypothetical client, ShopSecure Retail Inc., an e-commerce platform handling customer data and online transactions. This is a crucial project that will require all of our expertise and full participation.

Project Overview

Objective: Analyze and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities for ShopSecure Retail Inc., demonstrating practical applications and solutions based on Domain 2 knowledge.

Key Activities and Deliverables

1. Identify and Analyze Threat Actors and Motivations:

   • Task: Identify common threat actors (e.g., hackers, insiders, nation-states) and their motivations (financial gain, espionage, disruption) relevant to the retail industry.

Thanks for the above. One key thing left to add is timeline for implementation in step 4. every deliverable under the mitigation phase must have a timeline for implementation-1 day, 2 days or 1 week. Also, I think we should add cybersecurity awareness training as part of step 4.
